Costa Mesa High-Middle School Volunteer Form
A parent/guardian of every student enrolled at Costa Mesa High/Middle School is being asked to commit to 10 hours of volunteerism at our school during the year, directly affecting the success of students. It has been documented and proven that students that have parents actively involved in their education do better in school.
